Hard Mode: Hard Mode increases the difficulty of playing by forcing you to remember all of the clues you had figured out before. The green letters should not have moved, and the yellow letters must be included into your next guesses.
Dark Theme: If you prefer playing at night, enable Dark Mode toogle to darken the site interface. This decreases the amount of screen brightness which makes it much easier to look at.
Color Blind Mode: Color Blind Mode is intended for players with problems to analyze some colors, so it can use high contrast color indication, making the game easier to understand and more accessible.
Ultra Hard Mode: Ultra Hard Mode is meant for highly skilled players. Any attempt should be consistent with all the clues given so far. One can not put yellow letters in their position if they were already marked as yellow; gray letter can not be used again, etc.
Timer: Turn on the Timer toggle to see how much time you've been spending on the puzzle. This is a fun feature if you're trying to beat your own speed or out-do your friends.
Begin with high value words: Use words that contain common letters and vowels. Words like CRANE, SLATE or RAISE can provide useful clues right from the first move. An excellent first word helps a lot.
Test New Letters Initially: At the start, the only thing you need to do is use different new characters and do not use existing same characters. This is one practice used to eliminate false letters more quickly.
Think in Word Patterns: As certain letters are set, think about familiar words patterns. Don't guess randomly. Think about where green and yellow letters will fit in the word. It saves guesses and increases your accuracy.
Use Letter Frequency: Letters such as E, A, R, O, T, L and S are used in lots of words, and they will help you to make longer words. Use these first to rule out various options.
Think Double Letters: If you're really stuck, it can be a double letters. Players forget the possibility of the words having double letters such as LL, EE, or SS. This can sometimes help you solve the game.
To win you need to completely guess the secret word (all letters are green).
